In Utter v. State of Washington, a King County Superior Court Judge just issued an order approving the plaintiffs’ request to immediately subpoena witnesses (including Dino Rossi, candidate for governor) and begin taking depositions. Subpoenas will be served by October 7, and depositions will begin October 15.
