BREAKING NEWS:
A senior attorney at the U.S. Office of Special Counsel (Hatch Act Division) announced in a formal letter that Dan Pike allegedly violated the Hatch Act during his 2007 campaign for the Mayor's race.
In other words, Dan Pike was prohibited by federal law from running for Mayor of Bellingham in both the primary and general election.
I'm waiting to receive an official copy of the letter to post on Latte Republic.
