Bellingham City Council will hold a public hearing on MONDAY, JULY 14TH, 2008, 7 P.M., in the CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 210 Lottie St., Bellingham to take public comment on the following:
AN INTERIM EMERGENCY ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A MORATORIUM ON THE FILING, ACCEPTANCE AND PROCESSING OF APPLICATIONS FOR DIVISIONS OF LAND AND NEW BUILDING PERMITS IN THE PORTION OF THE LAKE WHATCOM WATERSHED LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF BELLINGHAM.

2. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING, BELLINGHAM PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
The Bellingham Planning and Development Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 17th, 2008 at 7:00 P.M., in the city council chambers, City Hall 210, Lottie St. Bellingham, to consider the following:
Consideration of a request from the Parks and Recreation Department to amend the 2006 Bellingham Comprehensive Plan by adopting a new parks, Recreation and Open Space chapter.
