NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNotice is hereby given that the BELLINGHAM CITY COUNCIL will hold a public hearing on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2008, 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, 210 Lottie Street, Bellingham, Washington, to take public comment on the following:
EXTENSION OF AN Interim Emergency Ordinance establishing a moratorium on the filing, acceptance, and processing of applications for divisions of land, new building permits, AND LAND DISTURBANCE ACTIVITIES in the portion of the Lake Whatcom Watershed located within the City of Bellingham.

Comment received after that time will be distributed to Council but not included in the published meeting materials.
